Terms of Service Apes on Fire LLC – Ape Space Effective date: December 1, 2025 Welcome to Ape Space, a product by Apes on Fire LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using Ape Space (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. ⸻ 1. What Ape Space Is Ape Space is a creative and strategic thinking environment powered by human–AI collaboration. It helps you explore ideas, generate artifacts, and structure thinking. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. ⸻ 2. Your Account You’re responsible for: • Keeping your account secure • All activity that happens under your account • Providing accurate information We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. ⸻ 3. Your Content (This Is Important) You own what you bring. You own what you create. Specifically: • Inputs (ideas, text, prompts, files) remain yours • Outputs (ideas, artifacts, agent results) are yours We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content only to operate and improve the Service (e.g., running agents, storing artifacts, rendering UI). If you delete your account, we delete your data, subject to legal and operational limits. ⸻ 4. AI Is Not Magic Ape Space uses AI systems. They can: • Be wrong • Be incomplete • Produce unexpected results You are responsible for how you use outputs. Always apply human judgment. ⸻ 5. Usage, Credits, and Billing • Some features may require credits or a paid plan • Credits are only deducted after a successful run • Failed, cancelled, or errored runs are not charged Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We do not offer refunds unless required by law. Prices, plans, and limits may change with notice. ⸻ 6. Acceptable Use Don’t use Ape Space to: • Break the law • Infringe on others’ rights • Generate malware, abuse, or large-scale automated misuse • Reverse engineer or attack the system If you do, we will stop you. ⸻ 7. Availability We aim for reliability, not perfection. The Service may change, pause, or break. We’re not liable for downtime, data loss, or creative disappointment. ⸻ 8. Intellectual Property The Ape Space product, software, branding, and underlying systems belong to Apes on Fire LLC. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service—nothing more. ⸻ 9. Termination You can stop using Ape Space at any time. We can terminate access if these Terms are violated. On termination: • Your access ends • Your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy ⸻ 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
